Here you can check different plans; we offer along with their benefits. Benefits of Premium Memberships: 1. You can connect with both Standard Premium Members, matching your profile. 2. Chat unlimited with your Match connections. 3. View contact details (Phone, WhatsApp, Email) of your Match connections. 4. View the complete name of your matches. 5. Get Premium Assistance on priority for all your concerns/queries! Benefits of Elite Memberships: 1. You can connect with both Standard Premium as well as Elite Members, matching your profile. 2. Chat unlimited with your Match connections. 3. View contact details (Phone, WhatsApp, Email) of your Match connections. 4. View the complete name of your matches. 5. Get a Dedicated Manager, who will help you to find the perfect match for you.
I want to buy a membership; how can I pay?
We accept payment through all major banks in India. To buy a membership plan, you can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net banking, UPI, Paytm, Phone Pay, Airtel Money, & Google Pay. Using Offline Mode of Payment 1. Bank Transfers 2. NEFT 3. IMPS
I want to know the status of my order
Your membership status depends on the mode of payment. 1. If you pay online directly on the website, then your profile will be activated instantly. 2. If you pay your membership plan offline via bank, then you have to share your bank transfer receipt to us by email, and once we receive your payment in our bank account, your membership is activated within 48 hours. (Email: accounts@rishtamilao.com) You can also check your membership status by click on Membership tab inside Rishtamilao.com dashboard.
I want to request for refund
Our Refund Policy under Match Guarantee Scheme If you have sent at least 20 Interests and you don't have a single Accept in 3 days, we will refund your entire fee. You need to contact us to request a Refund. Email: support@rishtamilao.com
I want to know about the offers and discounts

I need help as my payment is declined but the amount is deducted
If your transaction is declined but the amount has been deducted from your account, please do not worry. Cross-check with your bank if the amount deducted has not been credited back to your account. If your bank confirms that the amount deducted has not been credited back, please mail your bank statement reflecting the payment deduction with us at support@rishtamilao.com. We will check and take the necessary action at our end.
Do we have an EMI option to buy Premium Membership?
We are working to provide EMI option to all our valuable clients, but as of now it will take some time. We will update our every client by email, one the EMI option is available on our website.
