2. Fill all the details, as asked on different steps, and hit submit button.
3. Next you will need to verify your Phone Number, by entering OTP received on the Phone Number you entered at the time of registration.
4. Add your photos
5. Fill your partner preference. It’s Done.
After deleting my profile, can I reactivate it?
Yes! You can reactivate your profile within 30 days of deletion by contacting us.
Is "ID Proof Required" to register on Rishtamilao.com?
To get a Verified Tag under your profile, and to get maximum exposure to your profile, ID Proof Validation is required.
You have to upload a scan copy of your ID Proof, it may be your Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License. The scanned document must show a clear photo of you, blur photos on the scanned copies will be rejected.
1. Login to your profile; you will be prompted to upload Identification Proof.
2. Upload your ID proof, with a clear photo.
3. It will take up-to 24 hours to verify your ID Proof.
Why is my profile Inactive?
There may be several reasons of your profile being inactive:
1. To reactivate you profile, kindly login to Rishtamilao.com and submit all the required details as asked.
2. Your profile may be suspended if you have not logged more than 180 days.
You can also contact us to reactivate your profile, or to get the reason of your inactive profile.
Can I create multiple profiles?
Nope, only one profile is allowed per person.
Can I register on Rishtamilao.com, on behalf of my relative or a friend?
Yes! At the time of registration, you will be asked to select whether you are creating a profile for yourself, a relative, a friend, or anybody else. You can choose from the list, and proceed registration.
